  • Authentication data (passwords are not stored in plain text; secure authentication methods are used)

Game and Usage Data

  • Game history, scores, duration, mistake count, difficulty, mode (Solo / Co-op / Versus)
  • Offline progress and synchronization records (may be stored on your device and uploaded when a connection is available)
  • Matchmaking / lobby details (player participation, status, invite code, etc.)

Device and Technical Data

  • IP address and connection data (for security, fraud prevention, and debugging)
  • Device language/locale (to automatically set language preferences)
  • Device/app version and operating system information (for compatibility and debugging)

Notification Data (Optional)

  • Push notification permission status
  • Notification token (e.g., FCM token) — used to send notifications

Support Communications

  • Information you share when you contact us (bug reports, screenshots, messages)

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To create and manage accounts and enable login
  • To provide the gameplay experience (starting matches, lobbies/matchmaking, score calculation, replays, etc.)
  • To synchronize offline progress when a connection becomes available
  • To detect cheating/abuse and ensure security (abuse prevention, error/suspicious activity analysis)
  • To improve performance, debug issues, and develop the Application
  • To send push notifications if you have granted permission
  • To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes

4. Legal Basis

We may process your data based on contract performance (providing the service), our legitimate interests (security and service quality), your consent (e.g., push notifications), and/or legal obligations.

5. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your data. However, limited data may be shared with third-party service providers as necessary to operate the service.

Infrastructure and Hosting

  • Server, database, and traffic management providers (required to operate the service)

Notification Infrastructure

  • Notification providers (e.g., Firebase/FCM) may receive notification tokens to deliver push notifications

Analytics / Error Reporting

  • Anonymous or limited technical data may be sent to analytics and/or crash/error reporting services to improve the Application

Voluntary Support / Donations

  • If you choose to support us voluntarily, payments are processed via a third-party platform (e.g., Buy Me a Coffee).
  • We do not access or store your card/bank details; these are processed by the platform.
  • The platform may share limited information with us about your support (e.g., time/amount and any display name/message you choose).

6. Retention Period

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.

Offline data may be stored on your device; it may be removed by uninstalling the app, clearing device data, or once relevant records are synced.

7. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

You are also responsible for account security (strong password, device security, etc.).

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability.

9. Cookies and Local Storage

The Application may use local storage (localStorage) or similar technologies to improve the experience (e.g., language preference, session data, settings).

You can delete or restrict cookies/local data in your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if you do so.

10. Analytics and Advertising Technologies

We may use third-party analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand and improve the service.

These tools may collect usage and technical information via cookies or similar technologies.

Conversion tracking (e.g., Google Ads conversion tracking) may be used to measure and improve advertising performance.

You may restrict or disable these technologies through your browser or device settings.

We may add campaign parameters (UTM) to support links to measure performance; these parameters are not intended to include personal data.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not designed for children. If you are in an age group that requires parental consent under applicable law, you should use the Application only with the permission of your parent/guardian.

Depending on our infrastructure providers, your data may be processed/stored in other countries. In such cases, we aim to apply appropriate safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be published on this page and the “Last Updated” date will be updated accordingly.
