By using Sudoku2Gether (the “Application”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
The Application may offer Solo, Multiplayer (Co-op / Versus), and Offline gameplay. Some features may require an internet connection and/or an account.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under applicable law to use the Application. If you are a minor, you must use the Application with the permission of a parent/guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide during account creation is accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure (password, device access, etc.). If you notice suspicious activity, please inform us as soon as possible.
Guest usage may have limitations; some data may be stored on the device and can be lost if you change devices.
You may use the Application only for personal and entertainment purposes. Any behavior that abuses the service, disrupts it, or harms other players’ experience is prohibited.
In multiplayer modes, delays, interruptions, or matchmaking errors may occur due to connection quality and server load.
Progress/statistics generated offline may attempt to synchronize when a connection is available. We do not guarantee synchronization will always be immediate or complete.
If you violate these rules, we may temporarily or permanently restrict or terminate your account.
Your nickname, profile image, or other content you share (if any) is your responsibility and must comply with applicable laws and community rules.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict inappropriate content and take action against related accounts when necessary.
All rights in the Application (design, software, visuals, trademarks/names, content, etc.) belong to the Sudoku2Gether team or licensors.
Your use of the Application grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or use any content commercially.
How we process and store personal data and application data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
By using the Application, you agree to the processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.
Some features (notifications, analytics/crash reporting, authentication, etc.) may rely on third-party services. Their own terms and policies may apply.
If you choose to support us voluntarily (e.g., via Buy Me a Coffee), the transaction is handled by a third-party platform. Payment, refund, and cancellation terms are governed by that platform’s policies. Support is optional and not required to use the App.
We may change, suspend, or remove features to improve the Application, enhance security, or perform maintenance.
Service interruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure.
The Application is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perform the same on every device.
Game results, scores, and matchmaking may vary due to technical limitations.
To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer laws, our liability may be limited for indirect damages, data loss, loss of revenue, and similar claims.
These Terms do not remove any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate the Terms or create a security risk.
If you would like to close your account, you can contact us through the in-app support/contact channels.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page and the “Last Updated” date will be updated accordingly.
Continuing to use the Application after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
