Getting started
What is Sudoku Together?
Sudoku Together turns classic Sudoku into an online and social experience. Play solo, solve with a friend, or compete in real time.
Can I play as a guest?
Yes. You can start quickly as a guest. However, saving progress, keeping scores, and certain online features may require an account.
Which languages are supported?
Currently: Turkish, English, German, and Japanese.
Game modes
How does co-op work?
In co-op, you and a friend solve the same Sudoku together. Moves sync in real time—your goal is to finish as a team.
Do players solve the same puzzle in Versus?
Yes. To keep Versus fair, players compete under the same difficulty level. The goal is to ensure everyone performs under equal conditions.
How long does matchmaking take?
It usually takes up to 30 seconds. However, depending on player traffic and your connection quality, it may take a bit longer.
Scoring, hints, fairness
How does scoring work?
Each game starts with a base score. As time passes, this score gradually decreases depending on the difficulty level.
Correct moves increase your score, while mistakes reduce it. The goal is not to rush, but to play consistently and accurately. Higher difficulties make time more valuable and mistakes more costly.
Is there a hint limit?
Yes. Hint usage is limited based on difficulty. Each difficulty level has its own hint (and mistake) limits to keep the game fair and balanced.
Do you prevent cheating / auto-solving?
Competitive modes include fairness checks. If suspicious behavior is detected, results may be invalidated.
Technical & privacy
Can I play offline?
Yes, some parts can be played offline. Online features like matchmaking and playing with friends require an internet connection.
Are there ads?
Some versions may show ads. Our goal is to keep ads minimal and non-disruptive while supporting the project.
I found a bug—what should I do?
